Graduated engineer in Industrial Engineering & Management from Grenoble INP

 

My roots are in the family vineyards, but my thirst for exploration made me join a consulting firm in industrial performance.

 

Fifteen years of manufacturing, procurement and S&OP convinced me that supply-chain management is now the backbone of companies. And it continues to renew itself in a word changed by globalization, digitalization and environmental awareness.

 

That’s why we have founded MACS : a collective adventure based on our pleasure to work together and bring our expertise to sustainably transform your company.

Fabien Pucheu

Engineer graduated from l’Ecole Centrale de Lyon

 

For me, a supply chain consultant aims to better help companies and their teams to face theirs challenges and help them sustainably improve.

 

My diversified experience allows me to support you from operational and tactical topics (forecats, planning, replenishments, …) to strategic ones (S&OP, Indutrial and logistic foot print, service policy, …).
